We are stronger together

In turbulent times, it’s critical to pull close to trusted resources.

The current environment is challenging.

As we’ve always been, we remain committed to being a helpful and reliable partner. We want to listen to your concerns,  and support you throughout the changes ahead.
With this in mind, we want you to know that we are well positioned to maintain viability throughout this crisis and are operating as normal. Some key points:

  • Our systems and tools enable virtual services delivery in place of on-site services delivery. We do this by leveraging the tools used by our Managed Services organization to establish remote access using a highly secure and auditable method.
  • Support and Managed Services continue to be available 24/7 from six geographically dispersed support centers. Virtualized tool sets and active/active queue load-balancing provides a highly resilient delivery model. We are prepared and equipped to handle any increase in support and service inquiries.
We deeply understand the importance of steadfast and proactive communication — it has always been our number one priority. This is especially true at a time of such rapid change. We encourage our partners and clients to reach out to us with anything, at any time.

It’s important to consider how your organization will support a remote workforce with diverse worker profiles, mitigate risks, and insulate against economic and other emerging threats. We can help you identify priorities and take the steps needed to enable ongoing operations and consistent availability for your customers.
