- Our systems and tools enable virtual services delivery in place of on-site services delivery. We do this by leveraging the tools used by our Managed Services organization to establish remote access using a highly secure and auditable method.
- Support and Managed Services continue to be available 24/7 from six geographically dispersed support centers. Virtualized tool sets and active/active queue load-balancing provides a highly resilient delivery model. We are prepared and equipped to handle any increase in support and service inquiries.
